I am the mother of two girls, ages 4 and 2. I've been married to Matt for 8 years and live southwest of Oklahoma City. My passion for childbirth began during my first pregnancy and has increased since. My husband describes the births of our children as "epic journeys" and we've learned so much from both. I continue to learn so much from each birth I attend. I attended the DACO sponsored DONA International Doula training in March of 2007 and am currently working on finishing my certification. My services include up to 2 prenatal appointments, the labor itself and up to 2 hours after the baby is born. We can also schedule a postpartum check for 2 weeks after the birth to make sure things are going well and discuss any concerns.
